Adriana and Chuck’s BnB is the perfect place to stay when visiting the North Shore. The home is clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal, and the entire process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be back!
Totally awesome and private paradise! I checked-in from Feb 6 - Feb 13, 2026 - Chuck and Adriana have anticipated just about all that I would have had questions about. As I contemplated where I could find something a certain logic led me to the right place - even as far as doggy treats for the two sweet resident pups!! The unit is a separate stand alone studio/one bedroom with private bath. There’s also an outdoor hot/cold shower stocked with everything you need for a starlight cleanse. Kitchen is fully equipped and lots of Kuereg coffee pods for the morning. The whole property is walled in with a coded lockbox to access the property. I highly recommend this property which is near all the famous surfing beaches on the North Shore like Waimea Bay and Pipeline as well as the historical town of Haleiwa where there’s a great selection for foodies. Hope you don’t miss the sweet little hidden gem!! Aloha John
We stayed here for almost 2 weeks in January. We were very pleased with everything about it. The location was great being so close to the North Shore. The place was clean and well equipped. The owners were very nice and so helpful in all ways while still giving us our space. The 2 dogs were very friendly and never barked at us when we would come back late. We would definitely recommend staying here.
Stayed for 3 nites in Jan. The hosts were very accommodating. Loved the dogs. Owners were very gracious with recommendations and providing beach gear. Not many places to stay on the N Shore, but this worked great.
My partner and I stayed for about 10 days and the place is amazing! Very clean, has everything we needed, and very spacious for a "tiny home". I will reiterate what other reviews have said, Chuck and Adriana are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special! The dogs are so sweet and and spending the morning with them was always a treat. Great location to get anywhere on the north shore, and ideally placed if you want to go to other places on the island.

I came on my own and had such a great stay. The place was perfect, super clean, comfortable, and it had everything I needed. I loved the outdoor shower and pups! Not only is this place beautiful, relaxing, and a hidden gem. Chuck and Adriana are what makes it feel special and welcoming. They were intentional, communicative, and served us so well. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and gave us several recommendations for places to go, urgent cares, surf reports, and things to do.
We fell in love with their cute, friendly dogs Maddie and BG! The place itself is perfect and loved being so close to the town and to the beach! It’s cozy and private with a patio and you still have access to all the fun activities around! BEST PLACE EVER!!

This little gem on the north shore is now my go to spot. Chuck and Adriana are one of the best hosts i've come across. The space is perfect for heading out and getting around or just chilling with the dogs who are so rad. beach chairs and umbrellas came in handy to go chill and watch the surfing every day at sunrise. I selfishly don't want my friends to know about this place so I can keep booking it for myself. Great communication, check in and out was dreamy. You really won't find a better place on the North Shore.

The perfect home base for our baby moon! So close to the North Shore with every you need around you including grocery store, restaurants, beautiful beaches and coffee. Very easy to book and communicate with A+C. They were wonderful hosts and the place had everything we needed. Although we did not cook there we do love having a fridge and the option to do so. It’s a cozy place and they had beach chairs/umbrella/cooler - all that you need to beach hop everyday. You are about 35 min from city (Honolulu) depending on traffic where you can explore and then escape back to the north shore. The doggies are so well behaved and it was nice having their company when we would sit on the private patio. The outdoor shower is clutch and AC works great for when we would run it in the evenings. Would love to come back and recommend to anyone who wants to feel like a local in Oahu!
Airbnb Oahu was a great place to stay during my recent work trip to the North Shore. The lodging was very comfortable, clean and had everything that one could need for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the backyard patio (oasis) and the helpful hiking/biking tips from Chuck. I would definately recommend Airbnb Oahu with five stars.
We stayed with chuck and Adriana for a few days at the end of may going into June and it was more than we could’ve asked for. Everything was so easy with getting in on day one and had all the last minute essentials for any activities you might attend. The spot was super cozy and didn’t feel like you were at a hotel it felt like you were home and it was just another day. After staying we’ve not only wanted to come visit again but have thought of ways to move back to the island.
Chuck and Adriana’s place was awesome — just the right size for my husband and me. We really enjoyed having the outdoor patio.

Haleiwa was really close by, and we enjoyed starting each day at “a birds nest” coffee shop. We also
ended up driving there for dinner most nights. Great restaurants and food trucks within 5-10 minute.
The coastal drive was beautiful, and we found some totally empty beaches along the way each day.
One of the best part of the stay was definitely the outdoor shower — I used it every day and never even touched the one inside.
I would totally recommend it for a nice relaxing getaway . We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay the beginning of February at the Oahu cottage hosted by Chuck and Adriana. The cottage was exactly like it is described and was perfect for the two of us! Very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of an upscale hotel. It was very thoughtfully stocked with extras like gear for the beach - snorkels, masks, beach towels, sunscreen, cooler, umbrellas (sun and rain), beach chairs, rash guards/UV shirts. There are even earplugs in the nightstands! Although it wasn’t an issue for us, they could be handy if you need to block the random crowing of the island roosters at night. Other than the roosters it is in a quiet Waialua neighborhood. There is a lovely private patio with a table, chairs, lounge, and BBQ. The outdoor shower is very convenient for showering off sand after a trip to the beach. The location was a great home base for exploring the North Shore yet an easy drive down to Honolulu. Their three dogs - BG, Maddy, and Lua were very friendly and very well behaved. They greeted us on arrival and then every morning so we nicknamed them our “morning crew.” Chuck and Adriana are exceptional hosts, very responsive and full of great suggestions for restaurants, markets, recreation, best beaches in the area, and sights to see on the North Shore. Would definitely stay again.
My wife and I had a wonderful stay on the North Shore in this Waialua neighborhood backyard accommodation. Great place for two. Private, cozy, and spotlessly clean. Hosts (Chuck, Adrianna and their 3 sweet dogs) very accommodating and helpful. Could not have been better.

We stayed in January and had an excellent time. The place is exactly as described with a large patio and very well maintained grounds and accommodation. Chuck was super welcoming and always available, and his three dogs were so friendly and polite: The place has all of the modern comforts along with a parking spot, bicycles that we used often to explore the area, surfboards, and beach day accessories. Highly recommend!
We stayed here for our wedding over the holidays Dec 2024 - Jan 2025. This could not have been a better stay. We are so lucky we found this place! Chuck and Adriana are such helpful hosts and the cabin was modern, clean, and everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay here. The place was clean and practically new! It was well equipped with everything we needed including beach gear, hair dryer and extra towels. The house pretty private and has the sweetest dogs to greet you. Adriana and Chuck were very responsive to any questions and wonderful hosts!

This was my second time staying here and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene and authentic stay on the North Shore. It's a beautiful, spotless, relaxed space that feels very private but you have the added benefit of Chuck and Adriana to provide recommendations on anything you might be interested in, from where to eat, hike, surf, or explore. They know the island really well, so it only elevates the overall experience. Then you've got three very charming pups who are extremely well behaved and also excellent hosts as your 'dog away from home'. : ) We spent our first three days in Honolulu but it honestly didn't feel like a true vacation until we arrived here. We will most definitely be back!

We have nothing but the best things to say of our stay on the North Shore and would recommend this place to anyone. The moment we got there we were greeted by the 3 sweetest dogs who showed us the way to the room. The place itself is extremely clean and well designed. My wife is always worried about bugs and we saw none our entire time. The kitchen is well stocked and it’s nice to have the bedroom closed off so our baby could sleep at night. Chuck was awesome with surf recommendations and even sent me live videos of a spot I was looking at surfing while we were there. The town is mellow and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Hope to be back soon!
We absolutely loved our stay at Adriana and Chucks place! It was perfect for our stay on the north shore. We had a major flight delay and they were super helpful and understanding when we finally arrived and it was well worth the wait! Loved that we were able to have our rental car there and come and go as we please. The dogs were super friendly and cute greeters at the backyard. Chuck gave us plenty of recommendations in the nearby historic town and surrounding areas. The place was very clean and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the roosters as an alarm clock in the mornings! It was a nice touch of what the area is like and felt like locals in the neighborhood. Although very much so peaceful and quiet throughout the day/night which was relaxing. We loved the area/bnb so much that we decided to stay an extra night, which the hosts were very accommodating about. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here ourselves again. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chuck and Adriana's cottage. The home was clean, modern, well decorated and very comfortable. Chuck and Adriana were very friendly and very responsive to questions. I enjoyed their wonderful dogs welcoming me to the cottage each time I returned. The use of Chuck and Adriana's beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels made our stays on the beach much more enjoyable. Chuck was a wealth of knowledge and gave me numerous ideas for hikes and restaurants that I followed up on. I will certainly stay with Chuck and Adriana on my next visit to the North Shore.
Chuck and Adriana's cottage was an excellent place to stay. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen needs and accessories, and tastefully decorated. Description is accurate. The dogs were very friendly and they know where they can get doggie snacks.(from the guests, whcih is provided). Check in and out was super easy. I highly reccommend staying here if you're visiting North Shore. Very close driving (5 min) to Haleiwa.
Adrianna and Chuck's place was wonderful. It's very clean, tidy, and cozy. Check-in/out was a breeze and they were attentive to our needs. The description and pictures were both accurate. There were plenty of kitchen appliances and supplies to meet our needs. The property is very quiet, and their 3 dogs were so friendly and cute. We would definitely stay again!
Everything was wonderful. The owners are really nice, and available, but the living space is separate and private - we felt we were in a world of our own. The patio was very nice with a large umbrella for the sun. Lush lawn and plantings, security gate to enter the property, we felt very safe. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, with a little store just a few blocks away. Apartment was extraordinarily clean, two big ceiling fans made the available AC unnecessary. Kitchen very well equipped.

My husband and I didn’t know what to expect when we ventured from Minnesota to visit our son who is stationed at Schofield Barracks. Our flight was delayed and Chuck met us when we arrived at their home at 10:00pm. Perfect location for us and so bright and peaceful. Yard was immaculate and cottage very clean and comfortable. Close to beach and town with cute shops and great local restaurants.
Good location that is spotlessly clean and includes welcoming committee of three very friendly and well-behaved dogs. Chuck was extremely outgoing and friendly, providing comprehensive recommendations and accommodating my chaos. I didn't meet Adriana in-person. If she does exist, our email exchange suggests that she's businesswoman who doesn't mind being assertive about pricing. Only thing missing was a washing machine, which would add significant convenience to a rental intended for long-term stays.
This airbnb was exactly as described. It has everything you need including your own backyard space. It was perfect for my morning meditations.
The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I was situated well as I was traveling solo without a car. They even offered to lend their bikes so I could ride to the nearest beach. Both were easy to communicate and super responsive. Also gave me a ton of recommendations in Haleiwa.
On top of all, I was greeted by the three sweetest dogs, which made the stay that much more joyful!

We stayed with Chuck and Adriana for a week during our vacation. The location is perfect on the North Shore. We loved the dogs (very well trained) and they greeted us everyday to brighten our morning. The rental was perfect for two people and the kitchen was stocked with any necessary cookware. Definitely appreciated all the little things they did to make our stay so relaxing. Chuck and Adriana had great suggestions for beaches/hikes and provided anything beach related we could need - towels, chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear...no need to rent or buy anything extra. We would stay again for our next trip to paradise!

The dogs are so super sweet and met us every morning and every evening that we stayed. They are just so welcoming and loving!
Chuck stayed up late to meet us in person upon arrival to make sure we got settled in , which was super appreciated. They offered suggestions for places to eat and visit. Chuck even pointed us to a quiet little beach where we saw some sea turtles swimming and we’re the only people there!
The unit is beautifully renovated and is well stocked. The kitchen is fully equipped which we needed with my food allergies. There are also so many little thoughtful touches that it only makes sense to stay with them.
We would recommend staying here when in the area as it’s so much like a home away from home.

My boyfriend and I spent four nights in this beautiful North Shore guest house and we absolutely love it! Such a good choice for my first time in Oahu. The place is just as described: clean, modern and comfortable! The outside patio is like a little small private paradise. Furthermore, the place is quiet and perfect to relax and recharge. There are the occasional roosters who desperately tried to wake us up to see the sunrise, but they can be easily ignored or not! GO SEE THE SUNRISE!

5 stars across the board! My wife and I spent nearly a week on the north shore and couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. Convenient location close to restaurants, beaches, shops. Beautiful home that is clean and easy to access. The space is well organized and equipped. We loved the welcoming committee (3 well behaved dogs) that escorted us through the backyard. We look forward to our next trip and would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I absolutely enjoyed staying at Adriana and Chuck’s North Shore guest house. The house is beautifully decorated and homey. The outside patio area was perfect for the end of the day glass of wine! It is perfectly located to visit all the beautiful North Shore beaches and venues. And the dogs will melt your hearts!

We stayed at Adriana and Chuck’s little slice of paradise for two nights and agree that they are very kind and generous hosts. The villa is very well appointed and super comfortable and immaculately clean. Lots of thoughtful touches and a plethora of helpful suggestions and local insights. Do not stop in Honolulu. Drive straight to this lovely spot on North Shore and be greeted by the sweetest pooches you’ll ever meet. We look forward to staying again.
A quiet, private, relaxing and comfortable place to stay on the North Shore. The patio is a lovely area and we sat out every evening with a glass of wine, perfect! If you want to cook then the barbeque is a good size, although we only used it a couple of times as there's lots of good cafes, food trucks and restaurants that are a short drive away. Great beaches nearby too so it was a perfect location for us. The 3 well behaved dogs are very sweet. I would recommend.
We loved staying here! AC helped us sleep at night (we're from Seattle). The place itself felt clean, upscale, safe, private, and comfortable. Full sized kitchen. Very close to downtown and it's hard to find places like this on/near the north shore of Oahu. The hosts had some extra gear that they lent out to us (chairs, umbrella, etc) that helped. Their dogs are lovely and kind.
My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed a week. The location is peaceful and quiet. It catches afternoon breezes. This place is very clean and well kept. It has a crisp, clean modern style to it. We were thankful to have access to a private outdoor patio as well as a barbecue grill. The dogs are so quiet and gentle. Chuck and Adriana are very knowledgeable of the local area and are fun to speak with. Waialua provides easy access to many North Shore beaches, restaurants, shops and points of interest. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing stay at Chuck & Adriana’s home. Their home was in a great neighborhood in North Shore allowing us to be to close to family & living as locals for our stay. We had quick, polite responses from our host and were greeted in person when we arrived. The stay was just as we expected with plenty of little extras; dog treats for their sweet dogs, coffee with creamers & sugar, some refrigerator basics, shower essentials, beach towels, chairs, cooler, etc. Beautiful property, gorgeous home, perfect accommodations!! We happily recommend to all and suggest you stop your search and book here!
We loved staying at Adriana and Chuck Airbnb! It was the perfect location to get around in the North Shore, we had everything nearby and a short drive away from the best beaches. Our go to spot when we’re in Oahu. We’ve returned to Chuck and Adriana’s cottage three years in a row now and it feels like an extension of our home, especially with the sweet doggos around.
The space is very well laid out and functional making it feel quite spacious. With all the amenities you need and a seamless indoor/outdoor living area it’s perfect for a single or couple. Not to mention always clean and well equipped.
Located at the back of the main house there’s tons of privacy from the neighbors too; you’ve got your own little Hawaiian sanctuary surrounded by avocado tree, mango tree and beautiful greenery. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the town, services and beaches of North Shore.
Highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit!

This has definitely been one of the best Aibnbs we have stayed at. Chuck and Adriana have been wonderful hosts. Chuck waited up late so he could explain everything about the apartment and give us a great list of places to visit and restaurants to eat. We would definitely recommend this place 100% to anyone traveling to the North Shore.

Chuck and Adriana were fantastic hosts! The place was spotlessly clean and they left a little beach basket with masks, snorkels, rash guards, sunscreen, beach books, and beach towels. They also set out an umbrella and beach chairs for us, which was so so appreciated! The outdoor shower was lovely, they also stocked up the bathroom with good quality shampoo, conditioner, and most importantly lotion and sunscreen. Chuck met us upon our arrival and was so generous with recommendations and suggesting spots to eat and explore. They also set a very organized message of the 'top hits' of Oahu ahead of our arrival, which was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

지금까지 여러 Airbnb을 다녔는데 정말 기억에 남을만한 최고의 집이었습니다. 집 마당부터 관리가 잘되어있는데 독채도 깨끗하고 화이트톤으로 엄청 이쁘게 지어져있어요. 그리고 요리 도구도 다 구비되어있고 물놀이 관련된 제품도 다 빌릴수있어서 좋아요. 개가 세마리있는데 엄청 착하고 저는 개도 좋아해서 매일 같이 놀았네요. 하와이에서 한곳만 묵는다면 저는 무조건 여기 한번더 묵고싶네요 노스쇼어가 조용하고 바다에서 놀것많고 맛집이 더 많아요~ 딱 하나 단점이라면 아무래도 앞에 잔디가 있다보니 잔 벌레가 들어올수 있어서 방충망을 잘 닫으셔야해요.

This is absolutely the best AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Everything was spotlessly clean and modern. Adriana and Chuck had thought of everything their guests could possibly need. I had brought my grandson on our first trip to Hawaii- our apartment was so perfect that is was actually hard to get out.

Simply the most beautiful and charming Airbnb we've ever been to. Everything was impeccable, smelled great, was extremely clean and well decorated. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor patio and shower were amazing and they even had a grill for a barbecue in the moonlight. Adriana and Chuck received us very well and were always ready to help. The 3 dogs are very affectionate. Our stay was perfect.
Honestly, this was one of the best stays we’ve had. It felt so homey, the dogs were EVERYTHING and Chuck and Adriana were so accommodating and kind! They made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself is well-equipped, comfortable, and newly renovated. You can tell they put thought into even the little things. My husband and I felt so at home here it was such a bummer to leave! Adriana and Chuck's place in the North shore is the epitome of a home away from home. The beautifully thought out space is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a one night or one month stay. It is situated a short drive from the popular town of Haleiwa, and is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. We honestly thought this airbnb was more comfortable than the 5-star resort we stayed in in Waikiki.
Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel and flippers were also available for us to use whenever we wanted, which was much better than having to go out and rent the gear. Chuck was so accomodating, allowing us to use the snorkel gear on our last day, and return them after check out time.
If this place is available on your dates, I would not hesitate and book immediately; as an airbnb of this quality is hard to come by.
Great place to stay in North Shore. Neighborhood was quiet. Great location to all the activities and beaches. Easy drive to everything. Nice quiet environment to come home to/. The place is just right. Bright and clean. Great amenities including shampoo/conditioner, sun screen, beach towels, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Hosts are very accommodating, gave us beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Wonderful recommendations for places to eat and activities all along the cost. Easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and we can be pretty picky.
My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at Adrianna and Chucks home. They were both accommodating and welcoming with tips for the island and the rental house had everything we could have wanted. We are also so glad we stayed on the North Shore area. It was a different experience for us booking privately instead of through a larger website but everything went off without a hitch. I would recommend this place to everyone.
We stayed two nights at this place and loved it! It is at a very good location to visist all nice locations at the north shore. The room was very cozy and clean. We felt like home from the begining 🙂 the room is also decorated with a lot of small details and we would definitely come again
We stayed for 10 nights at the Air Bnb in January and had the most amazing stay - we wished we could have stayed even longer. The space was clean and felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially loved the 3 dogs who were all so sweet and would greet us every day.
Chuck & Adriana were great hosts and super responsive with any questions we had. Chuck provided us with a ton of great recommendations of things to do around the island and places to eat nearby.
If you're looking for a place to stay on the North Shore, you won't find a better spot than this. We can't wait to come back one day!
Had an amazing time at the Airbnb. We loved the space as well as the awesome dogs greeting us every time we got back. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be on the North Shore and hope to stay again some time.
We just completed a 4-night stay here, and we loved every minute! It was clean, cozy, and modern! We really appreciated the beach equipment (chairs, towels, snorkel gear, umbrella, cooler, flippers…) that we were able to borrow! We were so happy when we found some sunscreen within a beach bin that we were able to use as we had forgotten to pack some! They seemed to design this space with anything you may possible want/need!
We absolutely loved the three dogs. We were greeted each morning and every time we returned from an adventure. All three dogs were very well-behaved! We appreciated how hospitable and communicative both Adriana and Chuck were. We were worried to try an airbnb rental from somebody we didn’t know, but if we ever come back again this is for sure where we’ll be staying!

This is the 2nd time we've been to Adriana and Chuck's place. We highly recommend this very nice and quiet place. They are very welcoming. You will love their dogs. We won't go anywhere else if we have to go back to North Shore.

I wish we would have stayed longer, Chuck and Adriana’s place was amazing. It was very clean and very well thought off-everything about the place, interior and exterior combined felt very relaxing…especially their 3 dogs (Lua, Maddy, BG). Imagine getting greeted with an avocado from Maddy (i knew it wasn’t meant for me to eat, but it’s too adorable).

We had the most incredible stay at Chuck and Adriana's peaceful guest house. The space was spotless, quiet, private, and cozy. We loved using the full kitchen, and after a day at the beach, the outdoor shower was divine! We are so grateful for Chuck and Adriana's island recommendations and tips, and their beach gear was of great benefit. The best part? Their sweet pups and precious kitty. Their oldest pup truly stole our hearts! We cannot wait to return to paradise. Thank you, Chuck and Adriana!
Absolutely wonderful stay in this very clean, well equipped, adorable guest house nestled in the beautiful North Shore. Chuck and Adriana provided us with wonderful recommendations and were kind enough to let us use their beach equipment including chairs, towels and snorkel gear. We LOVED our outdoor furry roommates - their three adorable pups who greeted us upon our return from our adventures. O’hau was gorgeous and we wish we had stayed longer. Great stay!
It was a lovely and cozy stay at Chuck and Adri's, quiet and peaceful and close to all that North Shore has to offer. They provided all sorts of beach gear including beach towels, umbrella, chairs, snorkel and surf gear. Chuck provided great tips and options on things to see in the area and foods to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hosts gave us great pointers on where to go and were so kind to lend us surfboards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, etc. to fully take in all that the North Shore had to offer. We loved being greeted by the (3) pups in the morning and each time we came home. I have not one bad thing to say about this place - it has everything you need and is truly a treat. After getting married and staying in Waikiki for a week, my husband and I headed to the North shore and stayed here for 3 days and it was such a pleasant change. The guest house turned out to be even better than we expected. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning to have our coffee and breakfast, it was so peaceful. We love visits from the three dogs. The owners even had beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling masks for us to take to the beach during our stay. Chuck was also very helpful in giving us recommendations on places to go and things to do in the area. Overall we really enjoyed the stay!
This was a very peaceful place and convenient to the North Shore beaches and restaurants. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The place is well appointed, with lots of natural light. We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 dogs visiting us each day. This stay was the perfect start to our Hawaiian vacation!! Mahalo a nui!!
Loved staying here for my first visit in Hawaii! The place was very clean and overall a great place to relax at night. The doggos were perfectly behaved and we loved greeting them when we came in.
Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a beautifully updated cozy spot perfect for the two of us. We loved the light filled rooms and the privacy of our own place. The fence was also very high which provided privacy even on the porch. We really enjoyed the puppies that greeted us , treats were left in the room for us to share with them. They were extremely sweet and well behaved. Super clean place! We LOVED the outdoor shower when returning from the beach. Would stay here anytime I go to Oahu.
Great place to stay at the north shore. Good location, perfect sized guest house and very nice hosts. Adriana and Chuck were very easy to talk to and they gave us a lot of good tips. We also received one of the best tasting mangoes I ever had, which came from the their own mango tree. We also appreciated the outdoor dining area with a BBQ and it was nice to cook in a very relaxing setting. We also enjoyed the company of their dogs: Maddy, Lua & BG. We had a perfect stay!
We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and perfect space for me and my husband for the week! We had zero issues. Chuck and Adriana were very responsive with all of our questions. Location was so close to the town of Haleiwa. Chuck was very helpful in recommending local favorite spots and cool beaches to check out.
Chuck and Adriana were very generous with giving us delicious mangoes from their very own mango tree growing in their yard! They also had beach umbrella, beach chairs, and snorkel/fins we used which was very convenient. They're 3 dogs: maddy lu, bg, and lua were so sweet and greeted us every day. Will definitely look forward to staying here again!!
This was such a lovely place to stay! Location was great and central in the north shore area. Was also a very short drive to the local town. The room itself was great too! Very clean and everything we needed. Full kitchen and a great clean bathroom. Fans and aircon available to keep cool too. Adriana and Chuck were very responsive with any questions we had and incredibly friendly. Chuck was there to greet me as I arrived and showed me around. Their 3 dogs were so fun to hang out with and couldn't be more gentle and friendly. One of the highlights of the trip was seeing them each time we got back. Will miss them!

This review is well overdue, we stayed for 5 days at Chuck & Adriana’s in-law and it was wonderful. The three fun dogs are great we don’t have any at home so was great to have them around when we made our way back and left in the morning, they know when they are getting a treat for sure. The unit was Awsome clean and perfect size for the two of us. We didn’t get to meet Chuck but he checked on us constantly and made sure we didn’t need anything. When we met Adriana she reminded us of a her favorite beach that we went to see and it was great we got to swim in a small sandy pond and even seen some turtles. This wasn’t our first time on the island so for sure was great to have more local recommendations to make the trip different from the last times. We appreciate the hospitality and all the recommendations.
I can’t imagine staying anywhere else the next time we’re on Oahu. Chuck and Adriana were great hosts and clearly take a lot of pride in the space - it shows.
Chuck gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, going over a few things about the space and giving some local tips. He also gave us access to surf boards, beach chairs, a cooler, and everything else we needed to enjoy the ocean.
Maddy, BG, and Lua (doggies) were super chill - we loved hanging with them and feeding them treats 🙂
the outdoor shower is SO nice - it might be the thing I miss most about this spot, which is saying a lot.
There is an awesome private patio right outside your door with a grille and table/chairs. i loved just hanging out there in the morning with the pups, and we also grilled a few times. awesome space.
I probably missed a few things but the point is that this place is incredible and I couldn’t possibly recommend it more!

This is a very special guest house in a great location. It is beautiful, very clean, and has everything you need, from a fully stocked kitchen, quality shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Even snorkeling gear and a cooler! Looked forward to drinking coffee every morning in the privacy of our own patio and being greeted with 3 of the most adorably dogs and when we returned at the end of the day. We had a treat jar in our house and it was empty when we had to leave. So sweet.
Would highly recommend the Kualoa Ranch 2-hour Electric Mountain Bike Tour, Captain Bob’s Kaneohe Bay Sand Bar Tour, and a 1-hour helicopter tour.
I'd definitely stay here again. Loved it so much! Thank you Adriana and Chuck for sharing your guest house with others. It was magical!
Chuck and Adriana's place in Waialua was absolutely amazing! This is my second time staying here. The first was back in December 2017 with my sister and this second time was March 2022 with my boyfriend (his first trip to Oahu). The bungalow is very private and behind the main house. Everything is super clean, organized and well-stocked with supplies. Waialua is so close to everything on the North Shore (Haleiwa town) ~ the most beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, bars, bakeries and markets. Chuck gave us a helpful list of recommendations for things to do and where to eat. We wanted pizza on our first night (after a long travel day) and he recommended the local spot, Jerry's (get their Waialua pie!!). We wanted to do a good hike that was shady and he recommended the Kealia trail by Dillingham Air Field. We did it at 7:30am and it had the most incredible views of the North Shore!!! The three doggies at the house (Lua, BG and Maddy) are so cute and greet you in the morning and in the evenings when you get home from the beach. I missed my dog while on vacation so it was wonderful to see them every day and get to pet and feed them treats 🙂 (how can I have that North Shore dog life!! lol) Do yourself a favor and book in advance. This place is incredible and RARE!! Thanks for everything Chuck and Adriana! I hope to be back to the bungalow soon!
Our stay was absolutely amazing! Chuck was extremely helpful and the place itself was beautiful and clean. I absolutely loved all three dogs and will miss seeing them each morning when we wake up. Plus, the parking was extremely easy. Even when my husband got injured Chuck was kind enough to give us rec on where to go for urgent care/ER and also left us a first aid kit when we got back.
Payment was very easy and I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family.
We enjoyed staying at this quaint Airbnb. Their three dogs were quite friendly and the Host shared a canister of goodies to share with them; well behaved. The location was perfect for not only North Shore but to other areas of the island! Finally, the Host was quick to respond. Would recommend to those who would like to stay near North Shore!

Everything was perfect. We felt right at home...especially with the pets..we left our 3 at home for the trip, so it was like bringing pooches with us. The hosts gave us excellent info on local sites & activities. The place had everything we need, it was clean with a beautiful place to site outside.
We absolutely LOVED staying is this wonderful home! The setting is beautiful, the owners are incredibly kind, their dogs are adorable, and the north shore of O’ahu is perfect for a relaxing vacation! If we ever go back to the north shore, we’ll definitely try to stay again!
We had a lovely stay! Chuck is a very communicative and easy going host with plenty of tips for a great stay on the north shore. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and only a 5-10 minute drive to places to eat, shop and swim. The cottage is very comfortable, clean, well decorated/appointed, and private. We got stuck inside one day during a rain storm but didn't mind spending it in the cottage since there is plenty of space for two people.

My husband and I loved our stay here. It was close to beaches and the cute town of Haleiwa. The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with both an indoor shower and a private outdoor shower. We mostly just cooked breakfast in the kitchen, but found everything we needed there. Even though there was an air conditioning unit, we found the fans were just right. We loved the outdoor patio and my husband enjoyed using the jar of dog treats to make friends with the very well-behaved dogs. Chuck gave us great recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and beaches - especially the best places to see sea turtles. They had lots of gear available to borrow including snorkels, beach chairs, towels, and rash vests. We found the neighborhood to be very quiet and enjoyed the privacy of this spot. Overall, a great place and we’ll definitely stay here again if we’re back on the North Shore.
My girlfriend and I stayed at 5 different places on the island (in pretty much every region) during our 3-week exploration, and for the most part this was the best of the lot! It was easily the most private and secluded, with the nicest hosts. Super cozy inside with a nice kitchen space and shower. It does get hot inside during the middle of the day, but we still ended up just using fans instead of the air conditioning. At night the temperature is wonderful. Enjoyable private patio just outside that's all to yourself (and the doggos, of course, ha!)...although it doesn't have a view of much other than fences, it's a quaint space. Nice neighborhood and super easy parking. While it isn't walking distance to anything of note (neither beach nor restaurant nor grocery store), it's a good home base for exploration by car of the northwest and north-central parts of the island. And while they do suffer some area noise at night (partying neighbors multiple nights we were there, that went on past 10pm), our earplugs provided decent sleep (the hosts have a white noise generator in the room, for those who prefer that). And honestly, neighborhood noise is a problem absolutely everywhere on the island, we found...and this area was among the easiest to deal with. We mostly interacted with Chuck during our stay, and he was a super nice chap that offered LOADS of information, tips, suggestions, etc. Awesome place to stay overall, and really the only two things that we thought of that could possibly make this place even better is a king bed (vs. the queen) and a washer/dryer (we had a short stay during this portion of our trip, so didn't need one, but we made heavy use of washing machines during the rest of our trip, since our clothes would get absolutely FILTHY from hiking every day).
This place is the perfect spot if you want to stay on the North Shore. It's close to a lot of places and the Airbnb itself is amazing! Chuck was able to check us in without any problems and we were welcomed by their 3 dogs which we adore since we are missing our pup back home. We enjoyed their company as much as our stay here. Chuck gave us a lot of recommendations and even let my boyfriend borrow a surfboard which is very handy in this part of the island. It was also easy to get in touch with them if you need anything. The place is very charming, plenty of space, and has a lot of privacy. We also liked that there's a patio and outdoor shower. We stayed in a lot of other places during this trip but this was by far our favorite one! We will definitely book this place again next time we go back to Oahu!
These people were wonderful and the space was perfect for our 4 day stay in the area. The 3 dogs were also so friendly and fun to be around. If we ever are able to make it back to the area, we will for sure be looking to stay here again.
My husband and I came to Hawaii for our honeymoon and stayed at Chuck and Adriana’s place. It was absolutely wonderful and exactly what we pictured when staying there. It was so clean, quaint and the perfect space for a couple. They provided us with everything we needed and even let us use some of their snorkeling, umbrellas, cooler, etc. which was extremely nice so we didn’t have to purchase anything. It was also located in the perfect area, in a cute little neighborhood, close to shopping and the beaches. We loved being welcomed by the three sweetest dogs everyday as well 🙂 We will definitely be back!
The place and the hospitality including their three doggos was the perfect home that warmed our hearts. Ideally located in North Shore Oahu to shops, town and beaches. The home is very well appointed with everything you need. Modern, clean and well designed. Kitchen and BBQ was well appointed with all the items for a good meal, the bathroom was modern and clean, the bedroom was cozy with room for luggage/items and the living room was comfy. The AC cooled the entire place when needed but the fans did the job most of the time. Chuck and Adriana were warm and friendly. Their three dogs were the sweetest. We would return to this place when we’re in North Shore Oahu again.
